4. Scope of Practice.
4.1. Here is what we will be doing together: I will provide health education on supplementation, healthy diet and lifestyle, and at-home health labs.
4.2. Here is what we will not be doing together: I do not prescribe supplements, food, or other to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any known or suspected condition, disease or disorder. I do not order or interpret lab tests for patients. I do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physiological or mental disease, disorder, or condition. I do not recommend that a client stop taking any medication, nor advise them to leave their primary health care providers. I do not practice or give advice outside of my level of education or understanding.
5. Use License. If Root-Cause Integrative Health has materials on the Site that you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
5.1. modify or copy the materials;
5.2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
5.3. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Root-Cause Integrative Health at any time.
